This fabulous 2 1/2" buckle was cast from a 1923 German Breeders Award from Germany. The piece features a mare and foal with the words "The Breeder" in German. While the buckle is large in its dimension, it is not overly heavy for its size. This fabulous piece comes in Yellow or White Bronze. Many of our buckles are made to order. If you wear your jewelry on a regular basis; simply polishing regularly with a soft cloth will keep it looking its best. If your jewelry does tarnish, we recommend Sunshine Polishing Cloths which can be purchased on Amazon. These cloths will remove tarnish from sterling and bronze easily and quickly. Simply rub your jewelry with the cloth and voila, tarnish is gone. Once the cloth blackens all over, it's time to use a new one.
