Refund policy
We are happy to accept your exchange for store credit if returned within 30 days of purchase with certain exceptions as described below. Please contact us at sally@sallylowe.com if you wish to return an item.
Upon receipt of your returned item a store credit will be issued to your store account which can then be used towards the purchase of other items. We do not offer cash refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange and/or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. We're sorry, we don't pay for return shipping costs, and these are non-refundable. The mailing address for an item being returned is Sally Lowe Design, 1163 Lake Pointe Circle, Oilville, VA 23129. Please include your packing list with your return. A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned orders.
Custom products, commissioned products and made-to-order products are not eligible for return. All 14k gold products are made-to-order. Many sterling silver products are made-to-order. When products are made-to-order this information will be included in the product description.
Please inspect your product when you receive it and contact us right away if it is defective or damaged.
