Sally’s customer service was exceptional, and after talking through some options, I ended up with two beautiful necklaces, one for me and one as a gift for my mother. I ended up with the 20p necklace for myself and it is perfect and so beautiful! I have worn it twice now and had lots of compliments!

I’ve been watching Sally Lowes website for a few years . One particular necklace called my name. ( all are beautiful) I decided then and there to purchase my necklace with the Sterling silver horseshoe with a horses head. I was not disappointed. Its absolutely gorgeous. And more beautiful in person . Totally worth every penny. I will definitely wear this frequently and plan on purchasing again in the future !!

I now have 2 pieces from Sally and both are gorgeous. My most recent purchase was a medal that was originally shown on a large pearl necklace. I asked if she could put it on a different necklace and she did. When I received it I realized that the medal was way bigger than I thought. Too big for me to wear. So, I asked if I could exchange it and without hesitation she said yes. But the more I looked at the medal, the more I loved it. I went back to Sally again and asked if it were possible to make it a belt buckle and she said yes!! The only difference in price will be for her time to rework the settings. Amazing. She is SO accommodating! I'll be shipping the necklace back shortly and can't wait to see/wear my new belt! Thank you, Sally!!
