I now have 2 pieces from Sally and both are gorgeous. My most recent purchase was a medal that was originally shown on a large pearl necklace. I asked if she could put it on a different necklace and she did. When I received it I realized that the medal was way bigger than I thought. Too big for me to wear. So, I asked if I could exchange it and without hesitation she said yes. But the more I looked at the medal, the more I loved it. I went back to Sally again and asked if it were possible to make it a belt buckle and she said yes!! The only difference in price will be for her time to rework the settings. Amazing. She is SO accommodating! I'll be shipping the necklace back shortly and can't wait to see/wear my new belt! Thank you, Sally!!

Not at all the quality that was expected and then the no refund policy… I returned the bracelet right after I received it and do not wish to order anything else from them again. I was told absolutely no refunds so I’m stuck paying almost $300 for a bracelet I could have made for $10 Never recommend this company!!!
