Where do you ship?
What is your return policy?
Can I order a pendant without the necklace?
Yes. To order a pendant without the necklace, enter the discount code "nonecklace" at checkout. You will receive a 20% discount and your pendant will arrive with a jump ring suitable for hanging from your own necklace.
Can I order a custom item?
We're happy to offer customization for certain items. We are also happy to work with you to create a new design from your family heirlooms. Email us at sally@sallylowe.com if you'd like more information.

Did you purchase a necklace from us and wish you could make it longer? We can make you detachable necklace extenders for your necklaces in a variety of styles and lengths. Please email us at sally@sallylowe.com to learn more.
Do you restock out-of-stock products?
