These fabulous buckles have been created using the lost wax method. The original model was hand-carved in wax and then molded and cast in sterling silver, yellow bronze and white bronze. So much attention to detail has gone into these beauties, including shoes on the hooves, holes for horseshoe nails and visible frogs! Each buckle is hand cast and polished to a brilliant shine! They fit an included artisan made two inch wide saddle stitched belt by Rebecca Ray Designs that has also been hand-made in the USA with high quality harness leather. BELT SIZING
The most accurate method to measure your belt size is to measure a belt that you currently wear. The steps below outline how to determine your proper belt size using an inch measuring tape.
1. Lay your belt down flat.
2. Measure your belt from the point where the buckle is attached, to the hole that best fits you. Do not include the buckle itself in your measurement.
3. Find the corresponding measurement on the chart below to confirm your belt size. On your new belt, the length measurement will be the center hole. Please note that on each belt there are 5 sizing holes spaced 1" apart to allow for adjustments.
